At Shakti, we recognize the complexities young people encounter as they transition into adulthood. To address these challenges, this course on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) has been thoughtfully designed to empower young people with knowledge, confidence, and clarity.
Our mission is to provide accurate information, practical guidance, and trusted resources to help young people make informed and responsible decisions about their sexual and reproductive well-being. Through this platform, learners gain access to interactive tools, engaging content, and expert insights that simplify learning while maintaining complete confidentiality.
This course serves as a comprehensive learning resource, guiding young people to understand their rights, responsibilities, and the importance of maintaining a healthy, respectful, and informed approach to SRHR.

The Approach:
To deliver these topics effectively, the program uses engaging and age-appropriate teaching methods woven throughout the modules. Learners explore each concept through character-led conversations, real-life scenarios, interactive quizzes and games, drag-and-drop activities, hotspots, comic strips, and story-style visual cards. These simple, relatable and hands-on formats help adolescents understand, practise, and internalise each concept with clarity and confidence.
